Service Description
The strand test is designed to preview your hair color results. The patch test is to test for any allergic reactions to the products.
Cancellation Policy
Installations: Due to the number of days required to complete the establishment: • Client will be allowed a “ONE TIME ONLY” reschedule (after initial date has been reserved). New reschedule dates will be based upon availability. • Client MUST notify consultant two weeks prior to initial booking date to request a reschedule. • Client will forfeit ALL deposit and consultation fee once a cancellation is requested. ***REMEMBER, THE CONSULTATION FEE AND DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE***
