Service Description

Olaplex treatment is added to ALL color services to aid in preserving the health of the hair. SHORT – length above ears    Medium – chin length    Long – below shoulders •    Moisture shampoo •    Complementary mini steam treatment •    Strand/patch test minimum 48 hours prior is required •    High density/long length locs will incur an additional fee of $10/extra tubes required

Cancellation Policy

Installations: Due to the number of days required to complete the establishment: • Client will be allowed a “ONE TIME ONLY” reschedule (after initial date has been reserved). New reschedule dates will be based upon availability. • Client MUST notify consultant two weeks prior to initial booking date to request a reschedule. • Client will forfeit ALL deposit and consultation fee once a cancellation is requested. ***REMEMBER, THE CONSULTATION FEE AND DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE***
